Thank you for shopping with Order-Oasis! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund Policy below to understand how returns and refunds work.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email is fine).

We’ll give you the return instructions and address.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (like food or beverages)
- Personal care items (such as grooming or hygiene products)
- Gift cards or downloadable digital products
- Sale or clearance items (only regular-priced items may be refunded)

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
If your refund hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us at contactus@order-oasis.com
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at contactus@order-oasis.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
5. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may still be returned after delivery under this policy.
6. Shipping Returns
You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong, or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We’re sorry if something arrived damaged or incorrect. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right quickly — by sending a replacement or processing a refund.
